After more than 11 years working in public health leadership and community outreach, LaQuita Benton recognized the powerful impact that mentorship, education, and supportive networks can have on women striving to build stronger futures. Inspired by the resilience and potential she witnessed in the communities she served, she created a platform where women could come together to learn, grow, and lead with confidence.
